• Strip used bed sheets and pillowcases, leave in a pile on the floor by the bed. Leave any unused beds made.
• No food left on surfaces or in appliances — remove all food from the fridge and cabinets.
• Load and run the dishwasher before you leave.
• If you don't have time to dry towels, please leave them in the tubs and not on the hardwood floors.
• Leave the house "broom clean," with furniture back in its original spot.
• Hand-vacuum any pet hair from upholstered furniture.

Trash

• Remove all trash from the house and place it in the outdoor cans.
• Outdoor cans should be full but completely closed — anything that doesn't fit (including boxes) must be taken with you.
• Move the trash can out to the curb for next pickup.
• Pet owners: please make sure all dog deposits on the property are cleaned up.

Before you go: lock all doors and windows, and set both thermostats back to 70°F.
